The Charleston® scrolled arm awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed for both residential and commercial applications to enhance architectural styles with its elegant designer look. It features a structural aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, unlike other modular fixed awnings that may collapse in gusty conditions. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making it easy to assemble. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water resistant coatings, and resistant to rust, fading, and mildew. The product includes the frame, canopy, and all necessary hardware, and it comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
