Awntech's Beauty-Mark® brand Destin EXE® heavy-duty retractable awning with aluminum protective hood features a heavy-duty design with heavier fabric than the Destin LX models and a galvanized steel torsion bar. The energy-saving Destin LX is available in manual or motorized versions with a remote option and powder-coated white structural steel and aluminum frame. Sizes range from 8 ft. wide up to 24 ft. wide, with projections from 7 ft. up to 10 ft. standard, and optional projections of 11.5 ft. and 12 ft. for models 14 ft. wide and larger. The fabrics are made of 100% solution-dyed acrylic, available in solid and striped patterns, offering rust, fade, and mildew resistance. The valance is removable for winter storage, and the awning is designed for wall mount only. Optional accessories include winter cover, wind sensor, breeze supports, and others. The awning operates with a heavy-duty manual gear mechanism, features multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms with adjustable pitch, and is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
