The New Orleans® spear arm awning adds architectural elegance to any home or business and is popular with upscale homes and restaurants. Despite its crescent shape that appears naturally hanging, it has a full frame underneath engineered and tested to withstand serious wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts and obstacle and weight positioning tests. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The frame is manufactured with structural aluminum and stainless steel hardware, while the canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns and treated with UV and water resistant coatings. Beauty-Mark® fabrics come in many designer solids and stripes, with additional options for trim color and valance style. This open-ended spear awning is suitable for commercial and residential applications, featuring a rust, fade, and mildew resistant fabric and easy assembly and installation. The product carries a 5-year limited warranty.
