The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning from the Beauty-Mark® brand by AwnTech® is a popular fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing frame manufactured from structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, which are rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The awning has an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance and can be easily installed by mounting a few wall brackets, placing the awning into the brackets, and tightening. Available options include trim color and valance style, and the product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
