The kit includes removable inserts that hold 8 chef's knives, 2 smaller knives, 1 steel, and scissors. The inserts are dishwasher safe and designed to avoid dulling the knives. Constructed from stainless steel, the rack is corrosion resistant, and the knife rack skirt ensures protection for both the knives and operators from accidents.
