The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® and AwnTech® is a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications, featuring an elegant slope design with a solid frame and straight valance. The kit includes a full load-bearing frame made from structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. Installation requires mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The canopy is made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, ensuring rust, fade, and mildew resistance. Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics come in various designer solid and stripe patterns, with options for trim color and valance style. The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning includes a 5-year limited warranty.
