The New Yorker® A Regid Valance awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a popular fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in multiple designer solids and stripes. Options include trim color and valance style, with an elegant slope awning design featuring a solid frame straight valance. The fabric is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
