The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a popular fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. The awning is easy to install by mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. Its canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and is available in various solids and stripes with options for trim color and valance style.
