The New Yorker® Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech® and is the most popular fixed awning for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water resistant coatings, and offered in many designer solids and stripes. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making it easy to assemble and install. Options include trim color and valance style. The awning has an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance and is protected by a 5-year limited warranty.
