The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Awntech® under the Beauty-Mark® brand is a fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications, featuring a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts and obstacle and weight positioning. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, available in various designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style. This elegant slope awning has a solid frame straight valance, and the fabric is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The product includes a 5-year limited warranty.
