The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® is a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications, featuring a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware engineered to withstand heavy wind and snow loads. The awning has undergone rigorous testing including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts and obstacle and weight positioning to ensure durability against gusty winds. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic antimicrobial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in multiple designer solids and stripes. The package includes an elegant slope awning with a solid frame straight valance, and options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The frame is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
