The New Yorker® a Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed as a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, offering rust, fade, and mildew resistance. The awning includes options for trim color and valance style and is designed with an elegant slope and a solid frame straight valance. Installation involves mounting wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening for ease of assembly. The product is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
