The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® (AwnTech®) is a fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications, featuring a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware engineered to withstand heavy wind and snow loads. The canopy is made of Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabric, composed of 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns with UV and water-resistant coatings, resistant to rust, fade, and mildew. The awning has an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance, available in multiple designer solids and stripes with options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets and securing the awning into these brackets. It has been tested under extreme wind tunnel conditions including up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning. The product includes a 5-year limited warranty.
