The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns and treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, offering rust, fade, and mildew resistance. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The awning includes a solid frame straight valance with options for trim color and valance style. The New Yorker® awning comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
