The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a highly popular fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications. This awning features a robust load-bearing frame that has been rigorously engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, surpassing many modular fixed awnings that may fail in gusty conditions. The New Yorker® has undergone extreme testing, including wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle positioning, and weight positioning. Installation is straightforward, requiring only the placement of a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening them. The frame is constructed from structural aluminum complemented by stainless steel hardware, ensuring durability. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings.
