The New Yorker® Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® and Awntech® is a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications, featuring a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle, and weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns with UV and water-resistant coatings, providing rust, fade, and mildew resistance. The kit includes easy-to-install wall brackets, and assembly involves setting the awning into the brackets and tightening. Available options include trim color and valance style. The awning has an elegant slope with a solid frame straight valance and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
