The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by AwnTech® designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features an elegant slope with a solid frame and a straight valance. The frame is made of structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning. The canopy is constructed from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, which are rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The fabric is available in many designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening hardware. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
