The New Yorker® a Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, recognized as the most popular fixed awning for both residential and commercial applications. This awning features an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance and is constructed with a full load-bearing frame engineered to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, validated through rigorous testing including extreme wind tunnel conditions. The installation process is straightforward, requiring only the setting of wall brackets, placing the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The frame is made from structural aluminum and secured with stainless steel hardware. The canopy is crafted from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, which are woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns and treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, available in a variety of designer solids and stripes. Additional options include trim color and valance style. This product is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The New Yorker® comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
