The New Yorker® a Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, recognized as the most popular fixed awning for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, ensuring durability in gusty conditions. Unlike many modular fixed awnings that may collapse in harsh weather, the New Yorker® underwent rigorous testing, including extreme wind tunnel simulations and load positioning. Installation is straightforward, requiring only the setting of wall brackets, placing the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The canopy is crafted from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, made from 100% solution dyed anti-microbial yarns, and treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, available in a variety of designer solids and stripes.
