The Dallas Retro® open-sided slope awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed to complement various architectural styles while offering durability and resilience. It features a full load-bearing frame engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, surpassing many modular fixed awnings on the market that often have partial frames and may fail under harsh conditions. The testing included wind tunnel assessments for up/down draft, obstacle placement, and weight positioning. Installation requires only a few wall brackets for secure mounting, after which the awning is easily set into place and tightened. The awning frame is constructed from structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware for strength, while the canopy is made of Beauty-Mark® Docryl acrylic fabrics, which are 100% solution-dyed and treated to resist rust, fading, and mildew. These fabrics come in a variety of designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style.
