The food processor features a large, 2.5-quart unbreakable clear-view batch bowl, equipped with a Liquilock® seal system that enables the processing of soups, sauces, and marinades without leaks. Designed for liquid use, the high-impact polycarbonate bowl is unbreakable, scratch-resistant, and lighter than metal while maintaining durability for tough use. It is powered by a high-performance 3/4 HP commercial motor with thermal overload protection, specifically developed for food-service batch processing, ensuring continuous-duty service for large jobs. The processor includes versatile accessories such as a Liquilock® sealed serrated S-blade (WFP11S1) for chopping and pureeing directly in the batch bowl, a Liquilock® sealed whipping disc (WFP11S5) for making whipped cream and butter, an adjustable slicing disc (WFP11S4) that can select from 16 different thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 6mm, and a reversible shredding disc (WFP11S6) offering both fine (2mm) and medium (4mm) shredding capabilities. Additionally, a fine grating disc (WFP113) is included for producing the finest powders. The food processor also features easy on and pulse/off control paddles for user convenience, complemented by a stainless steel drive for reliable operation.
