The Liquilock® Sealed, Clear-View 3.5-Quart Batch Bowl is designed for processing soups, sauces, marinades, and other liquids without leakage, enabling the use of your food processor for more than just dry food preparation. Constructed from high-impact, unbreakable, and scratch-resistant polycarbonate, this bowl allows for easy visibility while remaining lighter than metal yet built for heavy-duty use. The system features a high-performance 1 HP commercial motor with thermal overload protection, tailored for food-service batch processing, delivering reliable continuous-duty service ideal for handling large tasks. The kit includes a Liquilock® sealed serrated S-blade (WFP14S1) for chopping, mincing, pureeing, and liquefying directly in the bowl, which is designed to eliminate leakage; the blade locks in place for safe and convenient pouring. The Liquilock® sealed whipping disc (WFP14S11) enables the making of whipped cream, crème fraîche, and butter with minimal effort, while the adjustable slicing disc (WFP14S10) offers 16 different thickness settings ranging from 1mm to 6mm. Additionally, the reversible shredding disc (WFP14S12) features both fine (2mm) and medium (4mm) shredding capabilities, and the fine grating disc (WFP1143) provides 2mm (5/64 inch) grating for the finest powders. User-friendly control paddles for easy on and pulse/off operation enhance the overall experience.
