The Modine High-Efficiency II™ 150,000 BTU Gas-Fired Propane Unit Heater is designed for quick installation and ease of use, providing exceptional thermal efficiency, making it suitable for commercial or industrial environments that require high input ratings. Featuring an 80% thermal efficiency, these power-exhausted unit heaters utilize a collector box and power exhauster to maximize seasonal heating. The non-separated design draws makeup air from inside the building, and the unit is constructed from 20 gauge aluminized steel for both the cabinet housing and heat exchanger. The power exhaust is rotatable by 180°, allowing for vertical or horizontal venting options. It incorporates a 100% shut-off, intermittent pilot ignition system with continuous retry, and is equipped with a 1/8 HP PSC motor alongside a safety pressure switch to ensure safe venting conditions, operating effectively against 0.5 inches of external static pressure. The heater comes with adjustable louvers, a control terminal board, gas controls, and a fan delay timer, with the capability to be field-converted to propane. The corrosion-resistant baked-on powder coat finish adds durability, and the level hanging mechanism enables easy field adjustments. This unit is ETL listed and must be installed by a licensed contractor. It is made in the U.S.A. and is backed by a 10-year limited warranty on the heat exchanger and a 1-year warranty on all other parts.
