The Bearings Limited JTT810 needle bearing features a drawn cup design with caged construction and includes 2 seals, with a bore size of 12.7mm. Needle roller bearings are classified as either radial or thrust based on the direction of the load they support and encompass those with rollers that slightly exceed the size range of needle rollers as defined by ISO. This type of bearing comprises drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, available in two varieties: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are made from carefully selected alloy steel sheet, which undergoes surface hardening after precise pressing to attain a unique structure. The needle bearing's cage effectively guides the rollers at the pitch diameter and features a hardened surface to minimize frictional torque while enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
