Bearings Limited MR12 needle bearing is a caged, inch-sized needle roller bearing designed without an inner ring, featuring a bore of 19.05mm. Needle roller bearings are classified as either radial or thrust depending on the load direction they support. They include drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, with roller dimensions that slightly exceed the ISO-stipulated size range for needle rollers. This type of bearing is available in two configurations: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and are surface-hardened after precise pressing, resulting in a unique structural integrity. The cage of the needle bearing ensures accurate guidance of the rollers at the pitch diameter, while the hardened surface of the cage minimizes frictional torque and enhances rigidity and wear resistance.
