The Bearings Limited J65 OH needle bearing features a drawn cup design, caged construction, and an oil hole, with a bore size of 9.525 mm. As a type of needle roller bearing, it is classified based on the load direction it supports, either radial or thrust. These needle roller bearings are characterized by rollers that slightly exceed the ISO size range for needle rollers and include drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust types. Available in caged and full complement types, the drawn cup outer rings are composed of selected alloy steel sheet, which undergoes surface hardening after precise pressing to achieve a unique structure. The cage serves to accurately guide the rollers at their pitch diameter, while its hardened surface reduces frictional torque, thereby enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
