The Bearings Limited J148 OH needle bearing is a drawn cup, caged needle roller bearing featuring an oil hole and a bore diameter of 22.225 mm. Needle roller bearings, which are classified as either radial or thrust depending on the direction of the load they support, include variants that exceed the size range of needle rollers as specified by ISO. This product encompasses drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, and is available in two types: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet, which undergoes surface hardening after precise pressing to achieve a unique structural integrity. The cage effectively guides the rollers at the pitch diameter, and its surface is hardened to minimize frictional torque while enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
