This type of bearing is classified as either radial or thrust depending on the load direction it supports. Needle roller bearings feature rollers that slightly exceed the size range of conventional needle rollers as defined by ISO standards. The range includes drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, which can be categorized into two types: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and are surface-hardened after precise pressing to ensure structural integrity.
