The Bearings Limited JH88 OH needle bearing is a heavy-duty, drawn cup, caged needle roller bearing featuring an oil hole and a bore diameter of 12.7mm. This needle roller bearing is classified as radial or thrust based on the load direction it supports and includes rollers that slightly exceed the standard size range as defined by ISO. It comprises drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, which are available in caged and full complement types. The outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet that is surface-hardened after precise pressing, ensuring a robust structure. The needle bearing's cage is designed to accurately guide the rollers at the pitch diameter, while the hardened surface of the cage minimizes frictional torque and enhances rigidity and wear resistance.
