This type of needle roller bearing is classified based on its load direction into radial or thrust categories. It includes drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, with two variants available: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheets that are surface-hardened after precise pressing, resulting in a unique structural integrity. The cage within the needle bearing is designed to accurately guide the rollers at the pitch diameter while the hardened surface of the cage minimizes frictional torque and enhances rigidity as well as wear resistance.
