The "Y-1" series mounts are designed to effectively address vibration issues, preferred over conventional rubber mounts due to their high static deflection springs. These mounts cater to noise and vibration control in critical applications on both concrete and wooden floors. Key features include a robust three-piece cast iron housing that encloses the spring, slotted mounting holes for easy installation, and a non-skid elastomeric acoustic pad on the base to secure the mount to the floor. Additionally, resilient elastomeric snubbers on the inner panel prevent metal-to-metal contact, enhancing the spring's functionality. Each mount is equipped with a built-in leveling device that can be external or internal, and they can be customized with flat top or non-skid neoprene top surfaces for internal level adjustments. Furthermore, all springs are treated with hot dip galvanization to ensure durability.
