The X-100 series spring mounts with one inch deflection are designed to effectively address vibration issues, making them a preferred choice over traditional rubber mounts due to their high static deflection capabilities. Specifically engineered for noise and vibration control in critical applications, these mounts are suitable for installation on concrete or wooden floors. They feature a robust two-piece cast iron housing, slotted mounting holes, and a non-skid elastomeric acoustic pad on the base for convenient bolting. To minimize metal-to-metal contact and ensure optimal functioning of the spring, resilient elastomeric snubbers are incorporated into the inner panels. Additionally, the mounts include a built-in leveling device, which can be external or internal, and are available with flat or non-skid neoprene top surfaces for internal level adjustments. All springs are hot dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
