The VSCM / CMSS compression-shear cup mount with base is engineered to provide superior protection against vibration and shock, making it suitable for a range of industrial applications. This mount effectively isolates both vertical and horizontal forces, and is recommended for use with industrial machinery, centrifuges, numerical control equipment, blowers, railroad equipment, converters, transformers, combustion engines, motors, control panels, marine and industrial generator sets, HVAC systems, pumps, and factory production equipment, particularly where bolting to the floor or intermediate frame is necessary. The mount features a low profile compact design, excellent vibration dampening characteristics under vertical compression and shear loads, and is fitted with a snubbing stop washer that accommodates mild vertical tensile forces. Additionally, the stainless steel construction offers exceptional corrosion resistance, while the cup-shaped top plate protects the elastomer from oils, industrial solvents, and chemicals.
