Zinsser® High Hide Cover-Stain® Primer comes in a 5-gallon pail (model 3550) and is designed for premium hiding power both indoors and outdoors while maintaining lower VOCs at 350. This oil-based primer-sealer is suitable for whole-house applications and effectively blocks stains, conceals dark colors, and prevents tannin bleed, offering excellent penetration and sealing properties for exterior wood. It is specifically formulated to mitigate issues arising from fire, smoke, and water damage. The product adheres to all surfaces without the need for sanding and features a fast drying time, allowing for recoating in just 2 hours. It can be applied using a natural or synthetic bristle brush, roller, pad, or sprayer, making it versatile for various application methods.
