The Rust-Oleum 9100 System 340VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Navy Gray 5 Gal. is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM), tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. It features a high solids, next-generation polyamine converted epoxy that minimizes preparation time by allowing direct application to metal and rust surfaces. This self-priming, single coat formulation provides a service life equivalent to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, ensuring maximum corrosion protection. Additionally, it demonstrates superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, along with outstanding impact resistance. The kit includes a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, and the versatile base formula is compatible with all activators, including standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure, with VOC levels of <340 g/L or <250 g/L.
