Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Dunes Tan is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, as well as direct-to-tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. This high solids, next generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes preparation work and can be applied directly to metal and tightly adhered rust. Its self-priming formulation allows for a single coat that provides a service life equivalent to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, offering maximum corrosion protection. The product features superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, along with outstanding impact resistance. It has a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, and the versatile base formula is compatible with all activators (standard, immersion, low temp, or fast cure) while maintaining VOC levels below 340 g/L or 250 g/L.
