The cutting kit features hardened cutting rollers designed for efficiently ripping through one layer of tough cardboard while resting conveniently on a tabletop. Specially shaped cutting rollers ensure even and optimum padding of the material, making it suitable for continuous duty operation that allows for continual shredding with no downtime. The robust sheet steel housing is ideal for use in dispatch and warehouse environments, complemented by a thermal fuse to protect against overheating. The system includes an AC power connection, an On/Off and reverse rocker switch, and complies with national and international safety regulations. Additional attributes include a solid steel cutting head, anti-jam technology with a reverse function, a continuous duty motor, and blade shafts made from a single piece of induction-hardened metal that resist occasional soft-metal staples. The design features bearing plates that prevent cardboard from twisting, bending, or catching in the cutting device, ensuring reliable padding and an extended service life. Intuitive operation is facilitated through LED indicators on a robust keypad, along with a practical built-in ruler for measuring the desired packing width.
