The QwikDescaler+ Kit™ Descaler Solution QT7711 includes a 1 quart descaler solution, a circulation pump with a capacity of 500 GPH, a mixing container, and hoses, providing all necessary components for effective cleaning. This kit quickly dissolves water scale, lime, rust, and other mineral deposits, thereby restoring full efficiency to heat exchangers, heaters, tankless water heaters, and other appliances that require unobstructed flow passages. The descaling solution features unique color indicating chemistry, changing from reddish at working strength to yellowish when exhausted, signaling the need for more product. It is designed to keep heating passages free of mineral deposits, significantly improving efficiency, conserving energy, and extending equipment life. A mere 0.03 inch layer of calcium scale can increase energy consumption and operating costs by 30%. The kit is safe to handle, non-corrosive, non-toxic, biodegradable, and contains zero V.O.C., making it safe for disposal in drains.
