The heated food serving station is designed to maintain serving temperature for heated foods, featuring a stainless steel hood that directs heat evenly over a 12" x 20" (30.5 x 50.8 cm) area. The unit includes chrome-plated legs and uprights, along with an adjustable height lamp assembly ranging from a minimum of 12-1/2" to a maximum of 20-1/2" (31.8 to 52 cm) above the counter. It is equipped with a cord-mounted on/off switch and has a wide base assembly that accommodates a standard 12" x 20" (30.5 x 50.8 cm) pan or the Vollrath 71001 warmer. The station utilizes shatterproof white bulbs and features non-skid feet for stable placement on countertops. Operating at 120V, 500W, and 4.2A, the overall dimensions of the unit are 19"L x 14"W x 28-3/4"H, with the pan sold separately.
