Servewell stations provide innovative design in value-priced mobile serving equipment. The kit includes a one-piece thermoset well that insulates and concentrates heat into the water bath, along with dome elements that transfer energy directly into the water bath. Each well is equipped with standard 480W, 700W, or 800W elements, and features a brass drain valve. The hot food unit comes with a standard 8" wide cutting board, a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf, and a stainless steel construction that includes legs and an undershelf. The unit is shipped knockdown and includes automatic thermostatic controls. The 3/8" thick cutting board and standard adjustable stationary legs can be replaced with an optional caster set (38099), which features four 4" (10.2 cm) swivel wheels, two with brakes. The power cord is standard at 10' in length, and a low-water indicator light eliminates guesswork. The thermoset wells are designed to resist pitting or rusting and are recommended for use with pans up to 4" (10.2 cm) deep, utilizing standard adaptor plates and insets for serving flexibility. Overall dimensions of the unit are 61-1/4"L x 32"W x 34"H.
