Servewell stations feature an innovative design in value-priced mobile serving equipment, equipped with a one-piece thermoset well that insulates and concentrates heat into the water bath, while dome elements transfer energy directly into it. Each well includes a brass drain valve and accommodates standard 480W, 700W, or 800W elements. The hot food unit comes with a standard plate shelf measuring 7-1/2" wide and an 8" wide cutting board made of 3/8" thick material. The stainless steel construction includes legs and an undershelf, and the unit is shipped knockdown. It includes automatic thermostatic controls and a standard 10' power cord, along with a low-water indicator light for ease of use. Thermoset wells are resistant to pitting and rust, and are recommended for use with up to 4" (10.2 cm) deep full or fractional size pans, utilizing standard adaptor plates and insets for versatile serving options. An optional caster set (model 38099) is available, featuring four 4" (10.2 cm) swivel wheels, two of which have brakes. The overall dimensions of the unit are 46-1/2"L x 32"W x 34"H.
