The Poly Structural Column Protector, model CP-14-14, features a 14-1/4" square opening and comes in a highly visible yellow color. This product is designed to safeguard structural columns from damage caused by forklift collisions, utilizing a flexible construction that absorbs impact while being reinforced by a robust structural design. Specifically crafted to accommodate larger columns compared to standard protectors, it consists of two halves that connect with six nylon bolts and wing nuts, allowing for easy installation without the need for tools. The column protector is capable of absorbing the impact of a 5,000-pound forklift traveling at 6 mph, ensuring effective protection for columns made for 14" beams. The overall dimensions of the protector are 30" O.D. x 38-1/2" H, and it comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
