This protector is specifically made for slimmer beams compared to standard protectors. Installation is straightforward, as the two halves connect using six nylon bolts with wing nuts, requiring no tools. It is capable of absorbing the impact of a 5,000-pound forklift traveling at 6 mph while still safeguarding the column. It is compatible with 5" beams and has overall dimensions of 12" O.D. x 42" H. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
