LP's two-stage air compressor pumps are constructed using solid modeling techniques and precision CNC machining, honing, and grinding. The kit includes head unloaders for dual control operation and features B10 bearings designed for a lifespan exceeding 8000 hours. These two-stage LP reciprocating pumps are engineered to handle 100% duty cycles, making them suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications. The pistons consist of forged aluminum alloy for low pressure and precision cast iron for high pressure. The crankcases are made of precision-machined iron with CNC ground bearing journals. Additionally, LP utilizes Swedish steel valves that are stress relieved and assembled with lapped discs to ensure longevity. The product line encompasses various styles, including the classic Kellogg American design and the popular Saylor Beall style pump.
