LP's two-stage air compressor pumps are engineered with precision CNC machining, honing, and grinding, utilizing solid modeling creation for durability and performance. The kits include options for head unloaders for dual control operation, and the pumps are designed with B10 bearings that offer a lifespan exceeding 8000 hours. These two-stage LP reciprocating pumps are built to handle 100% duty cycles necessary for heavy-duty industrial applications. The low-pressure pistons are crafted from forged aluminum alloy, while the high-pressure pistons are made from precision cast iron. The crankcases are precision-machined iron with CNC ground bearing journals. To enhance longevity, Swedish steel valves are stress-relieved and assembled with lapped discs. LP offers a variety of styles, including the traditional Kellogg American design and the widely favored Saylor Beall style pump.
