LP's two-stage air compressor pumps are engineered using solid modeling creation and precision CNC machining, honing, and grinding, ensuring durability and performance. The kit includes head unloaders for dual control operation and features B10 bearings with a life expectancy of over 8000 hours. Designed for 100% duty cycles, these two-stage LP reciprocating pumps are suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications. The pistons are constructed from forged aluminum alloy for low pressure and precision cast iron for high pressure. The crankcases are crafted from precision machined iron, featuring CNC ground bearing journals. Swedish steel valves that are stress relieved and assembled with lapped discs provide extended longevity. LP offers a variety of styles, including the classic Kellogg American design and the popular Saylor Beall style pump.
