The Tool and Parts Organization Truck is designed for use in lean manufacturing facilities to transport and efficiently organize tools and parts, allowing for quick visual location of items. It features tool shadowing on the pegboards, enabling users to immediately identify any missing tools, accessories, or parts. Constructed with a 16-gauge pegboard that has holes on 1-inch centers, it accepts most standard hooks, while the louvered panels accommodate all sizes of hanging bins. The pegboard and louvered panels are 48 inches high, and the overall truck height is 56 inches. This all-welded, heavy-duty unit boasts a durable powder-coated gray finish and is shipped fully assembled. It includes 2 rigid and 2 swivel 5-inch polyurethane casters for safe and easy transportation to the work area. Please note that pegs and bins are not included.
