The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options, including wall, ceiling, or under a workbench. It features a durable cast aluminum housing with a baked polyester finish, ensuring longevity and resistance to environmental factors. The reel is equipped with a unitized 20 amp slip ring housed in a gasketed enclosure, and it provides an easily accessible gasketed junction box for convenient wiring access. The spring housing and guide arm contain a maintenance-free enclosed power spring, while the spool configuration is designed to prevent lock-out and incorporates a watertight cord grip. Additionally, the field-adjustable cord guide includes four rollers and a cord stop to facilitate smooth cord retraction and extension, and it features a positive lock with a field adjustable disengage. The kit includes a type SO cable measuring 14/4C x 45'.
