The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options, allowing it to be installed on walls, ceilings, or under workbenches. It features a durable cast aluminum housing with a baked polyester finish that ensures longevity. The unit is equipped with a unitized 20 amp slip ring housed in a gasketed enclosure, providing reliable electrical connectivity. An easily accessible gasketed junction box is included for convenient electrical connections. The spring housing and guide arm contain a maintenance-free enclosed power spring, while the spool configuration prevents lock-out and is complemented by a watertight cord grip. Additionally, a field-adjustable cord guide with four rollers and a cord stop ensures smooth cord retraction and extension. The reel is fitted with a positive lock that includes a field-adjustable disengage feature. The kit includes Type SO cable, specifically a 12/3C x 50' configuration.
