The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options, allowing it to be installed on a wall, ceiling, or beneath a workbench. It features a cast aluminum housing with a baked polyester finish and a unitized 20 amp slip ring housed in a gasketed enclosure, providing durability and protection. The easily accessible gasketed junction box ensures safe connections, while the spring housing and guide arm contain a maintenance-free enclosed power spring. The spool configuration is engineered to prevent lock-out, complemented by a watertight cord grip. Additional attributes include a field adjustable cord guide with four rollers and a cord stop, which facilitates smooth cord retraction and extension. The cable reel is equipped with a positive lock mechanism featuring a field adjustable disengage. The kit includes Type SO cable, measuring 12/4C x 30'.
